The Indian Space Research Organization will choose more than 100 understudies from crosswise over India and give them a pragmatic affair of how satellites are work under the new ‘Youthful Scientist Program’, its executive K Sivan declared Friday.
The activity, chalked to pull in youthful personalities and stimulate enthusiasm for this specialty field, is conceptualized on the lines of a comparable program kept running by American space organization NASA. Sivan said for the most part Class 8 understudies — three each from 29 states and seven Union regions — will be given addresses by ISRO researchers and they will likewise gain admittance to the space organization’s labs.
The program will be supported completely by ISRO, he said.
